I ordered a ProCAT Flash cable from them and it shipped exactly on time packaged properly. They called to confirm shipping details and called back promptly when I had a question about the shipping. The cable works flawlessly enabling me to actually use my machine with a computer which is necessary for modern stenography.

I purchased a used professional writer and sent it off to Lorenzo to swap some keys and do a basic service on it. It went to him with residue all over the keys from the previous persons keypads.
