This was a very strange experience for me. The owner gave me three difference offers for the repair of my Elan Mira A3. I'm not sure if I was supposed to guess which offer was the correct one. Purchased the Super Thick Foam Rubber Key Pads! What a big difference! Very thick and cushiony and so comfortable on my fingertips!!
Outstanding service! I highly recommend them to any court reporter. Great communication, fast turnaround, and competitive pricing. Adam Graupe
I ordered a ProCAT Flash cable from them and it shipped exactly on time packaged properly. They called to confirm shipping details and called back promptly when I had a question about the shipping. The cable works flawlessly enabling me to actually use my machine with a computer which is necessary for modern stenography.
