I had high expectations based on the salon’s reputation, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I showed clear reference photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but the stylist didn’t seem to listen. The haircut I received was uneven and rushed, and the color treatment left my hair feeling dry and damaged. Katie Staheli is who I always go to and she always does a great job. I normally get a full highlight and a trim. Since my hair is super long and thick it takes upwards of 3 hours and she happily chats and gets through it like it’s nothing! Definitely book with her!
