Everyone will have a diversity of experiences, but if anyone feels let down it seems to be a sensible idea to report the issue to their GP. There is also the option of calling 111 option 2 if the situation has a safety element. Bear in mind that GPs appear to be much better on mental health than they were years ago. It is my opinion that staff at the Stein Centre tend to do their best but that there may be common issues connected with training, supervision, sensitivity and complexity.
