If I could give worse I would. Father ordered a present for myself. He said it was the wrong thing. Tried to return and when we did it was sent back saying it was damaged. We never took it out of the box in the first place and was looking to do a simple exchange of colors. Terrible company.

I bought three chains, they were too small and so I returned all three chains at my cost! I saw it get delivered via tracking and hadn’t heard back from them for many days. I could t get a hold of anyone until I said I would contact the BBB. At that point I finally heard a response and they said they only received TWO CHAINS, when I sent back ALL THREE!! they only refunded me two chains.. They are crooks! Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Phone number is out of order and they don't answer their customer service emails. They don't respond to Facebook messenger either. They have a great web presence buying 5 star reviews from review sites though. I was duped. Don't let this be you.
