We had lunch at the Coop yesterday. This is our must stop restaurant when we are in town visiting with family. I had the catfish dinner and the two fish fillets were thick and juicy. They were also fried in perfection and not greasy at all. The fillets were super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The rice side dish was super yummy also. The portion was amazing! Lets talk about "The Coop" what a JOKE ! Wife and myself went for dinner on Sunday 6-7-26 what a horrible experience! Sat down and it took a good 5-7 min for a server to come over. Wife orders one of the "specialty " drinks and a appetizer. Of course the 1 appetizer we wanted they don't have so we settled for a different one. After 10 min she come back and states that they don't have one of the juices that go in the drink.
