Larry shows up on time and did a great job on my carpets
Horrible! The guy I talked to never showed up, didn't answer my calls, or call back after my voicemails. I called on a different phone the next day and he came up with every excuse, saying "oh, I need to start writing these appointments down." We were planning our move into a new house based upon the carpet cleaning. I sat in the driveway (with 2 streaming kids in the car) for over an hour.
