I did not care for the kiosks ordering machines, I miss the servers that is the reason for zero stars for service. But the food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. Thank you for having real food! We will be back.
I asked for ice for my drink because the soda machine didn’t have any. The employee said the ice machine was empty and told me to get ice from a metal container using a shared plastic cup. This didn’t feel sanitary since every customer uses the same cup to scoop ice. My soda was also flat and warm. Overall, I left without using the ice and was disappointed with the experience.
Best Darn Burger in Florida and the fries dont get me started. Soda fountain a little confusing. You have to scan your QR Code found bottom of your receipt but you gotta move fast its on a timer. We are from Pennsylvania and we love the Steak 'n Shake !
