Excellent facility, truly, the staff and volunteers ensure a great time there whether it's your first or fiftieth! They offer multiple accessible work out classes with varying degrees of ability. They have a gym to work out and do one-on-one training. Accessible classes and equipment for a wide range of movement with well trained volunteers.
