I would like to formally recognize the exceptional care provided by Dr. Ruzbarsky and his team. Our son had a ACL surgery and the nurse Anna, the anesthesiologist Dr Franzie, the surgeon Dr Lee and all the team were so fantastic to help us (parents) to understand the procedure, to calm us down. They were so kind, answering all our questions and being so empathetic and understanding. We will be back to say thanks in person for sure.
In my opinion Dr Kinsella does not listen to, or care about, his patients.
I had a complicated knee revision surgery and Dr. Alden, Patricia, Annika and Christian have been super helpful. Communication was quick and easy on the phone, email no matter how I reached out someone was always quick to acknowledge and get back to me.
