This is a terribly incompetent organization. I have had a claim pending with them for two months now. They sent an inspector in mid-August, the inspector finished a report a couple weeks later and still no final response to the claim. Every time I call them it’s like the first time I’ve ever called. Then they tell me they’ll call me by the end of the day and then I never hear from them again... until I call back and repeat the same experience. Next stop, Better Business Bureau!
