I've been a resident at The Statler going on 2 years. The entire staff maintenance, concierge,Leasing has alway been professional and friendly. I would refer my friends, family to live at The Statler!
Worst management, doesn't do maintenance properly . Only one lift works from past 2 months . They charge extra for maintenance but there is no maintenance at all . Non sense apartment .
It’s been like 2 months that we have to use only one elevator for moving up and down which is extremely inconvenient and it is def a waste of time. They said before that it is going to fix anyway but i dont think they really did as they said with those amount of time im waiting.
I recently moved to the Statler and wanted to echo what other reviews have said about the outstanding support from Linda, Rachel, Marco, Sid, Dave, and many other building staff members. At each step of the way -- from initial visit to the building, to finding the right unit, to finalizing lease terms, to coordinating the move, and ultimately to moving in, everyone has been incredibly accommodating, proactive, and dependable.
