I don't want to go into details... But my experience was quite shocking. I had two issues I needed to get looked into urgently. I spent the entire time (which was like 10 min) answering unrelated questions and then was told there is no more time for my issues and to get a new appointment. Couldn't get a new appointment though because new appointments can only be made in the morning.

Very hard to get an oppointment told to ring at 8 am by the time you get threw your either no 28 in the que or they can't take your call as to busy or all the oppointments have gone ,it's a total joke and when you do get threw you have to wait for a ringback to see if you can be seen or not
Disgusting service. Given wrong results about bloods, my daughter was told she was unconsultable after a liver diagnosis when she needed an appointment. My mum was misdiagnosed told she had arthritis and consequently passed away of cancer all through her body. Diabolical. Disgusting! Had to fight for an appointment for my dad as he hasn't got the tools for video appointment. Trouble with his copd, swollen ankles. Was told to go walk in, and as existing conditions need to see their Gp. An absolute disgusting joke!
