This place is appalling they always tell people to ring back in the morning getting appointments is like getting a lottery win FFS ! And not even a emergency appt just a normal appt ! Disgusting service !! Not fit for purpose !!

Im a haemo dialysis patient waiting for a kidney transplant, can’t get an appointment for an eye irritation which might prevent me being transplanted even though I was on the phone from 8am-10:30am. . Receptionist doesn’t care. Worst practice ever
I cannot recommend this practice due to repeated, high-stakes clinical failures. Over the past six years, I have experienced multiple missed diagnoses, including cancer, and several other significant conditions that went unaddressed. Throughout this process I felt dismissed and gaslit by the clinical staff. Beyond the clinical failures, the practice is entirely inaccessible.
