I’ve lived at this property for almost four years. It is incredibly safe, has a luxury feel and the units are beautiful. Micheux is incredible at her job— make sure you connect with her when you relocate to the building. It is very large and sometimes hard to navigate the layout, but once you get the lay of the land, it’s a great luxury apartment. Been great as a young professional
I lived here for over a year and had a great experience. The leasing team are the friendliest, most accommodating people I have ever met. They helped with all of my concerns very quickly and made me feel at home. One example was parking: I was issued a parking spot on the roof level, which was not great for a brand new car, so when I pointed this out to them, they immediately updated their parking spot "inventory" and assigned one at a lower level in a couple of hours, fixing this not only for me, but other future residents ... read more
A couple of months in as a resident and I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness of the property, the promptness of the staff, and the quality of the unit. It’s in a great location, and the amenities are absolutely worth it. Feels like everything you need is right here.
