Current management is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, the young man in the office has committed vandalism on cars parked visiting the residence. Police report will be filed and the victim is consulting an attorney. Apartments are ok, management is a legal liability for Petrucci as they will soon learn. Edit 3/28/26 Update: I felt the need to update my review due to ongoing frustration with the leasing office. With the recent parking pass and towing issues, it is concerning that this is now the third consecutive Saturday the office has been closed. It is unreasonable to enforce parking policies, including towing, while the office is not available during its stated business hours for residents to obtain or renew parking passes. Terrible place to rent an apartment. To call this building a luxury apartment is extremely misleading. I've lived here since January 2021 and it's gotten worse every year. Here are the reasons why: The security keypads and elevators CONSTANTLY break. That means you need to take 2 different elevators and use different entrances on opposite sides to get to your apartment - which isn't easy when you're trying to bring in your groceries to your car. I think you guys are mistaking when you advertise all building free smoking . Check on your tent there’s people smoking on the balcony. That’s why I didn’t rent on your building
