*update* moved here in 2020. Started at 5 stars. Dropped to 3 stars in 2024. Dropped to 1 star 2026 (meesh from the leasing office is so kind & I have kind neighbors, but do yourself a favor)
I can honestly say the biggest reason this property has improved so much is because of Micheux and the work she’s put into turning things around at The Station at Willow Grove Apartments. She has brought professionalism, responsiveness, accountability, and genuine care for the residents that was clearly needed. Quite nice place.
Current management is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, the young man in the office has committed vandalism on cars parked visiting the residence. Police report will be filed and the victim is consulting an attorney. Apartments are ok, management is a legal liability for Petrucci as they will soon learn.
