Do not recommend living here. Leasing office has terrible communication! Only cares about communicating when it comes to money and rent. But if it’s anything else FORGET IT! If you want to live in a complex where they CARE not just about money but their residents, DO NOT LIVE HERE! You won’t find that here with their leasing office staff. Smh. What’s the point of being up to date when rent is due ON TIME, but no kind of respect back for their residents when we need help with something else.
One of the worst places to live at after being here for 5+ years of opening. The new management is ridiculous and has no empathy for the residents in the complex. Instead they are only worry about the money, rent, and etc. Car was unexpectedly towed and not even given a warning prior to tow. Mind you, I have a parking permit sticker on the back of my registered vehicle. I currently live there and I have been there for 5 years and the communication with leasing office is TRASH!!!! The maintenance do everything but they job and they blame everything on the tenants instead of fixing problem. IT was a bad move from the start … I been threatened about getting evicted multiple times and couldn’t have friends downstairs for something I’m paying for and they go up on rent $50 every year and the leasing barely engage with residents.
