I see concerns about living there but I’d say it’s a very convenient fire station being right near where I live. That way fire engines aren’t as loud when they have to come this way.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My girlfriend left the last review about our AC being broke. As of today my AC has broke for the 7th time after they have claimed to fix it. The rental office does not care about the residents in the building nor do they take the proper action to have things done properly. They just insist on taking the cheap way out, explaining why they’ve had to come out 7 times within the last month and a half to fix it. This building is slowly going down hill and management is getting worse and seems not to care. Everything gets half fixed around here. One of the elevators breaks every weekend while the other has been broken for the past 2-3 months mind you there are handicap/disabled people who are in wheelchairs and on oxygen tanks who cannot go up and down steps.
