They don’t communicate and will try to find ANY reason to kick you out instead of the people they actually need to be kicking out and the property manager is extremely rude. They also don’t fix any maintenance requests until they’re trying to kick you out.
I see concerns about living there but I’d say it’s a very convenient fire station being right near where I live. That way fire engines aren’t as loud when they have to come this way.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My girlfriend left the last review about our AC being broke. As of today my AC has broke for the 7th time after they have claimed to fix it. The rental office does not care about the residents in the building nor do they take the proper action to have things done properly. They just insist on taking the cheap way out, explaining why they’ve had to come out 7 times within the last month and a half to fix it.
