This community has a big open area lawn and other communities’s residents use it as an off leash dog park. The HOA gives no f. They can only discipline the owners. If you are not the residents in this community, use it for your lovely doggy.
Here are some details about the homes at toll brothers sunnyvale: 1. Construction noise is hazardous. They will start at 7am for sure and sometimes earlier and end sometimes later than 6pm. They will do excessive cutting of stones etc on the nearest edge of the construction site closest to the residential area just 2m away from the homes. The construction in this neighborhood is real. I would not purchase anything from Toll Brothers Sunnyvale. The construction workers start super early and make the loudest noises and they are making violations over the permitted legal hours (past 6pm on weekdays). There is dust and air quality issue for sure.
