Like most people who wear glasses, I had so many nightmare experiences with optometrist offices in the past until I listened to my grandparents and started coming to Dr Lambertson. The entire office is so welcoming and compassionate. They make it a safe space for patients and give honest advice rather than trying to make the most money off of a patient. I've seriously never been so sad to leave a doctor's office!! 😭 I came here after feeling completely hopeless. I had seen so many eye doctors for my dry eyes and honestly thought I'd never be able to wear contacts again. Dr Crespo fit me with scleral lenses and wow... I can't believe how comfortable my eyes are now. It honestly changed my life. The entire team is so kind and genuinely cares. I'm so grateful I found this office. Thank you guys for everything!! The best eye doctor I’ve ever experienced- no - the greatest doctor, period! Fantastic customer care, friendly staff and comfortable environment. Through evaluation top to bottom. Educated and easy to communicate with. I wish I would’ve known about this office sooner. I’m a lifelong customer! Beyond happy with my experience and I’m forever recommending this place to every single person I know in need of prescriptions or evaluations.
