Natalie is INCREDIBLE. From the way she washed my hair to the perfection in the blowout, she made it seamless from start to finish. SO happy with how my hair came out and I’ll be back!!!! 10/10.
I went to the salon, to bleach my hair and the woman took over 8 hours to bleach it, then charged me $700, even though my hair is thin and I dont have much, then I told her I’m sorry I can only do $450, I’ll pay the rest on Friday.. and I got banned from going there. She wanted all my money and took the tiniest bunches of hair to make sure she gets those hours. Very aggressive and money thirsty hair dressers. Hope this place closes for good because they were so mean with me
I went here last month for the first time to get my highlights done and had the most disappointing experience. My appointment was with Jessika and I had originally scheduled an appointment for full highlights and all over color. I showed a pic to Jessika with the color I was looking for and everything was fine with the appointment but when she washed my hair and dried it I felt I cud not see any highlights in my hair and just over all hair color. I went to this salon and they assigned me a new stylist that didn’t have experienced she made in my hair anything less that I asked. I talked with the manager and she told me that she will fix the issue giving me another appointment with an experimented stylist . Today they call me telling me that she cancelled the appointment because she had a problem . Don’t go this place they are unprofessional and totally unrespectful people .
