George Hsieh was an amazing doctor and took such great care of me. He is extremely intelligent and explain everything very throughly. The reason I'm leaving a low review in due to Georgina. I've never met such a rude medical assistant in my life. It's beyond unfortunate that she works in a place where people need help. She's very disrespectful and unhelpful. Such a shame she's part of this office.
George Hsieh is great but his MA leaves a lot to be desired. 1. Asked for a blood test request to be made. Got nothing 2. Asked for an order to be sent to the home health nurse based on conversations with Dr. Hsieh. Home health hasn't gotten anything.
The reason I’m giving such a low review is due to Georgina. My wife emailed her to send a referral on August 27th and it still did not get done until today. Once she finally made contact via telephone, She seemed very unwilling to send a referral via fax for my wife. Her reasoning was since the place that received the referral should send it out, even though my wife asked her too. Then once my wife had to convince her to do her job, she resent the referral to the same place that it was NOT supposed to go to. My wife called b... read more
Dr Hsieh is the most compassionate , conscientious and dedicated doctor I know. He literally saved my life during colon surgery. He comes highly recommended in my book.
Dr. Hsieh is quality medical care! Truly grateful for this physician. Superior bedside manners along with excellent, professional attentive care delivered with kindness. Sincere appreciation for the staff of The START Center who provided friendliness and quality service. This is the exact care patients need. Keep doing amazing things, Dr. Hsieh!
