This rating is for the lab division. I've always used Quest, but I decided to try out the labs at Tha Start Center and it was horrific. When I go to Quest, I'm in and out in 15 minutes on a bad day. I was there for an hour before I got my blood work drawn. There needs to be better management of the front desk which had one person checking a line out the door of people coming in then you have to go do paperwork and come back and get in the line again. I have been seeing Dr Ulmer for 4 years and love his staff . They are all very caring . I would highly recommend Dr Ulmer
Zero stars if I could. Almost two weeks ago Linda called me from the Hardy Oak location to schedule an appointment for my breast cancerfor today at 3:30pm. Her email confirmed my appointment with an attachment for paperwork to complete prior to my appointment. My son flew in from Canada for the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early to an empty waiting room.
