The hotel itself was beautiful and well-presented, but our overall experience was ruined by several major issues that need serious attention. For the price you should definitely spend your stay elsewhere :( Firstly, the elevators were a nightmare. We left our room an hour early to check out and still spent almost a full hour waiting just to get one. Beautiful modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Great views. Fantastic being able to use pools/ amenities of both the star residences and Dorset. Gave you a choice of both inside and outside two different experiences.
A quick getaway. Great stay! Lots of options for pools. They have a bar by the main pool. Would be nice if they had an adult only pool, as sometimes the bar and kids is a bit of a clash for different folks visiting.
Clean, no frills service apartments. They didn't acknowledge the "away from elevators" booking request, however that could have been trip.com
