Me and my family went here, and waited 1 hr for the worst food we have ever gotten. It was loud, disgusting, staff were rude. Wouldn’t recommend for food. I heard they stop doing food, best thing that place ever did. Because why did we wait 1 hr for brochette, that came out cold. On a half cooked piece of white bread. Pathetic.
DO NOT BOOK! Scammed into booking when there’s no one at their reception
Unfortunately we did not even enter. A local joker told us at the doorstep no point coming in as they don't serve meals on wheels. Yep. We are over 55. We hope he was not a staff member, but it did put us off. For all those over 55 boomers with cash, the Caledonian Inn will welcome your custom.
We had a lovely lunch in a relaxed atmosphere
