Dirty, noisy, unsafe, wish Id read reviews before booking. Shower was still running, stained bed linen, dirty inside snd out. Slept on the couch because the nightclub and alley were ridiculous.

The place definitely had some positives. Location was fantastic. Room size was massive, bed was massive and comfortable, good selection of different pillows, good laundry facilities in the room, and the kitchen was sizeable. Unfortunately that was overshadowed by the issues. Firstly I had to call after my check in time to get an access code as it hadn’t been sent. I was then greeted with the cleaner still in my room. Just Dont Book this. This aint a hotel. This is a brothel/pub motel kind of rooms that always is dirty and stuff is rude and not communicative at all. We booked a 4 night stay here. I couldnt even spend a night here. I reported this but the stuff didnt do anything not even renewing the dirty stainy bed sheet. So we left with giving them all our money as well. We stayed at Star Apartments for a couple of days and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival, the furniture had stains and marks all over it, the walls and blinds were filthy, and the overall cleanliness standard was unacceptable. The worst part was discovering what appeared to be bed bugs in the bed sheets, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unable to properly relax during our stay. The weekend parties at the bar next to my room are extremely loud and go on late into the night. There are insects everywhere. As for the security deposit, we are used to the fact that it is non‑refundable, and when we try to contact them, they do not respond. Honestly, I do not understand the issue with the deposit that they consider a gain for them, even though it is only 150 dollars. It is not worth treating customers this cheaply.
