Myself daughter and friend stayed there one night.Had to call couple times to get all 3 codes for the place,although I get the security but what a pain it was calling ,when suppose to get earlier. Was a tad confusing where to find our ground floor room. Once entered room..smelt wet.went into main room..looked like they fixed a leak but floor still wet.other room was ok.kitchen area not so much..fridge was dirty microwave was filthy and cups still had lipstick marks on them..had to wash everything if wanted to use utensils et... read more

Our apartment, 117, was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. It was clean, neat and tidy on arrival. Had to call a couple of times to get the gate and room codes but all calls were answered promptly and nothing was a hassle. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets available. Airconditioning to heat the apartment worked well. Our room was located upstairs behind a coded locked door which could be a little confusing. Paid secure parking spot on site. Room was unfinished with wires hanging down wall, limited furniture, air conditioner not working and even after complaining to reception and being told someone would come and look at it nothing was done. Not what I expect when 5c outside and you cannot heat the room. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately our deluxe room with quite filthy, as an asthmatic I had to check out early due to the unhygienic state of the place. Lots of mould and gunk through the unit. Only 1 car spot can be booked per room, reception team pleasant enough but a lot of miscommunication!
