As a former Hyatt Chief Engineer I must say the front end staff of Steven, Brittany and David made our stay in January 2026 enjoyable. Their recommendation of where to go were great. The only regret I had was the loss of my email upgrades. Reservation incorrectly informed me that the hotel no longer offers them? Early morning breakfast dining was very uncomfortable. The location is great, and the room was comfortable, but my friend and I were relieved we'd booked separate rooms when we walked in to find no privacy in the bathroom. (Maybe larger rooms are different? Our rooms had 1 queen bed.) I would not recommend to families or friends planning to share a room. Likewise, if you have trouble lifting your leg more than two feet above ground, you'll struggle with the tub. I’ll give it five stars everything was on point only thing I noticed was room was a little chilly for me even with the heat at 85. Otherwise great experience really clean good customer service !
