The Standard is an amazing CrossFit gym! I dropped in for a noon class when I was in the area and it was a great experience. Coach Ben was inspiring, motivating, and gave useful feedback. Most of the members have been there for years, and I can understand why. I will definitely be back!

I was invited by a friend and they were having a "bring a friend" week. I had a great experience! Friendly, welcoming, with supportive coaching and members. The facility was very clean and organized. The workout was grueling, as i am not in great shape, but in the best kind of way!. I recommend anyone to check this place out!
I’ve been going to the Standard CrossFit for about 4 months. I had never gone to a gym before this and I was a little intimidated the first time, but since the first day I have always felt welcomed, encouraged, and cared about. This is a great community of people and I would highly recommend checking it out if you want to improve your fitness in a safe and encouraging environment!
