The apartment is nice, and is close to USF, but the management company is difficult to work with. The local employees have little to no authority and, frankly, do not seem to care about issues. Mail is delivered late. Packages are missed. They charge a multitude of fees, such as recurring rent for a pet rather than a single pet fee. Most recently they made an error in a payment posting, resulting in a $0.50 fee being posted a few days after the monthly rent was paid. Outstanding apartment complex!
Actually the worst place to live. So filthy and disgusting. The outside will foul you. The rooms are never move in ready. Carpets are so old you can barely vaccum them. I had the worst allergies due to the carpet and they never replaced or cleaned them. They charge you for everything but won’t ever replace or put any thing new. The hallways smell terrible, some of the doors glass are broken. They have no care for Safety, I complained a million times about noise from the neighbors above me and they never did anything about it... read more
Do not move here! We have a very serious situation and management on sites answer is that our daughter can transfer units along with her two other roommates. Please not the 3 girls have lived in the apartment over a year in a non-pet unit. The 4th girl moved in today with animals. Staff is telling our girls they can transfer but the new roommate that arrived today can stay with her animals. Our daughter has been allergic to cats her entire life.
