I lived at the standard for 2 years and if you are thinking of living here, I recommend you look for a place somewhere else. The unit I was living in had a busted thermostat that didn’t get fixed even after maintenance looked at it 3 times. So my apartment felt like a heatwave for most of the year. lived here for 4 years. Bella is the KINDEST staff member I’ve interacted with and she has always treated my roommates and I so well since she has worked there. She is an excellent representation of what a community ambassador should be . Great attitude and quick to resolve your issues. The apartment itself has its ups and downs, but overall, the standard is probably one of the best options when it comes to student living . Don’t waste your time or your money. I know there are other reviews here but here’s my experience. I have lived here four years, the first three were good the manage Brandon was amazing. As soon as he left they hired a few girls to run downstairs and let me tell you something the dirty looks, the rude attitude, and how they will speak to you on the phone, shoutout Sydney from downstairs. I lived here for 3 years and it was your normal student apartment experience. The last year or so the WiFi never worked and always had some sort of issue or outage. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason and sometimes go off for up to 60 mins in the middle of the night before fire department arrives to shut it off. Other than that, the apartment was normal, quick maintenance turnaround, great response from leasing team and overall would recommend if you don’t care about terrible WiFi!
