I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience at The Standard Apartments. I live here with a friend, and I parked my car briefly less than an hour just to go inside, change, and come back. When I returned, my car had already been towed. What made it worse was the complete lack of support from management. This place is a joke. The front office staff are incredibly rude and demeaning. My boyfriend’s car was towed because of illegal parking in the parking garage which is understandable. However, the number I was given to call the towing company was incorrect and actually went to a law office. When I approached the front desk to ask for information regarding the towing company (name, address, phone #), the lady at the front asked me “well where was it parked”. Staff is very accommodating, I had some issues with my key and they solved my problems very quickly! Also maintenance services comes super fast to fix anything broken in your apartment! Big thanks to Jenaye!

As a parent, I couldn’t have been happier with my daughter living here near SLU! The rooms were very spacious, and the property always felt safe and well maintained.
