The management here is terrible. They never respond to anything. If you are moving in you have to pray that you have no problems the entire time because they will not fix anything.
Without a doubt one of the most miserable apartment experiences I've had. Accomodations were ok but any communication and the moving out experience was miserable. These guys singlehandedly are making me take out a loan and buy a small house.
The staff is very helpful, throughout the entirety of my lease, any issue I ever had was quickly resolved by the students at the front desk. Bethany, Addie, and Layla’s customer service was top notch.
Layla was very helpful so was Donovan. Joe as well.
Ive lived here for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. Maintenance is super responsive What really makes the difference though is the staff. The leasing and management team are always friendly and genuine. Shout out to Lena for always answering my emails and being so helpful!
