I did give it a five stars but after rethinking it along with rent going up along with expesive utilities I don’t think it deserves it. The package room is so disorganized especially compared to the other apartments in CP. even after the reorganized packages still get left in the leasing office or are put down in the middle of the room, you often aren’t notified when it comes and it has taken me 10-15 mins of checking every package to find mine. I have lived at the standard for three months now and it is an increasingly frustrating place to live. First the elevators are CONSTANTLY breaking/broken. Second the wifi NEVER works for me and many others ( I was told they only have so many people allowed to be on wifi at once ). Third the mail room is so disorganized that I never get a notification for my packages arriving and when they do they are usually not in the correct spot. I love living at the Standard. The staff is so nice and helpful and I love my apartment and all the good amenities!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I moved here from a building that was older than me and somehow The Standard was a downgrade. The staff is rude, things are always broken, etc. My towel hooks fall off the walls the toiler paper holder isnt even desigined to hold anything without falling apart. elevators were broken for 2 months.
