TENANTS: when you move out, be SURE to review and CHALLENGE the move out charges. I was "accidentally" charged for TWO DRESSERS totaling almost $400 "by mistake." After a month of conversations, they realized they only meant to charge me for one dresser. This is AFTER I went through the appeals process. I can't imagine how many other residents were double charged.
Move in experience was phenomenal. Everything went smoothly. The Standard had great process. The employees were anll very friendly and helped us out whenever needed. Offered treats for the tiring day to keep us going. The complex is beautiful. Provides great accommodations for students. For being out of stater, we feel very confident and secure our child is living there.
Great tour guide. Super knowledgeable! Beautiful property.
An incredible move in and experience was made even better by the quality of the dorms themselves.
Amazing and thoughtful. Thank you Mafua!
