Terrible! I’ve been living here for a little over 3 months and I can literally smell mold in my vents and room. I keep breaking out due to this. I also keep hearing a weird sound 24/7 that sounds like machinery or some electrical noise. Walls are paper thin! Just ridiculous!!! Also the models toured are nothing like the actual rooms

I work in the industry, and I’ve never experienced service this poor. I just moved my son into student housing, and the way residents are being treated is unacceptable. For the amount we pay for a single bedroom, basic needs should be met—yet a washer has been broken for over two weeks with no resolution. We requested a no-pet room due to my daughter’s medical condition, but they still assigned her to live with two cats and a roommate who smokes marijuana. We submitted a medical accommodation form, but they said no rooms available and no one responded, not even upper management. She’s still stuck there. No responsibility, no reply. Very disappointing.
