Absolutely LOVE living at The Standard! I’ve toured and lived in other apartment buildings, but nothing compares to this place. The building is spotless — like hotel-level clean at all times — and the attention to detail in every common area makes it feel luxurious and well-maintained. The amenities? Unreal. Beautiful building and amenities but lack of direction on the location of the tv remotes was frustrating.
I did give it a five stars but after rethinking it along with rent going up along with expesive utilities I don’t think it deserves it. The package room is so disorganized especially compared to the other apartments in CP. even after the reorganized packages still get left in the leasing office or are put down in the middle of the room, you often aren’t notified when it comes and it has taken me 10-15 mins of checking every package to find mine.
