Watch out for the RENT-a-COPs and the Trashy bartenders...they are out to make their one-dollar bills (or four quarters). The location is great, but the atmosphere is trashy. HI QUALITY REPRESENTATION of that nasti nasti 513 – it you fall into the demogopher of a nastinatian, and you enjoy the conscious hip hop styin' with talent drippin,,,,then you should prolly be here. highly recommend WEDNESDAY's & FRIDAY's gentlemen check the exclusive area availabe for reservation of the Miss Erin cocktailin & keepin the vip area ever so... I. its whats up in the midwest. really, the stand does its part in bridging the gap between hip hop and whats pop.

Sure we have DJ's on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and they play everything from rock, soul, reggae, funk and hip hop but the true music lovers come for the juke box during the week. The Stand has one of the best in town with the likes of The Heartless Bastards, The Greenhorns, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Queens of the Stone Age, etc. etc. Drink specials all the time during week on beer and liquor and bring your favorite records on Sunday night for Sunday Spunday, where we let anyone come in and spin their private coll... read more
