Came into the store a week ago and discussed out concrete stamping project. Was told to call the day before our concrete would be poured. Discussed the pattern/color. Called a week later to advise and was told they do not even carry the stamps we picked out in the store!!! Our concrete project is ruined. Will NEVER refer anyone here.
Bought material with a helpful staff. Was giving the material which ended up being way more than I needed so I brought it back a few days later. Was hit with a 15% restocking fee? Wow, pricey for putting a can of sealer back on the floor. Contractors in the know go to HIS Paint. Much cheaper for same product. $25 cheaper on 5 gallons of sealer. The restock fee is gouging, not happy about that as they were super high on material cost.
I have ordered multiple times from The Stamp Store with no problems whatsoever. I was told that depending on what I order, if it’s got a hazmat classification, the weight, where its going (i.e., commercial setting or residential), They ship according to the cheapest rates and they fluctuate daily. I have always got my product on time and for a very reasonable fee. Som items are heavy and are charged accordingly, This is normal. I recommend The Stamp Store!
I bought all the materials for my Epoxy garage floor online at The Stamp Store. Everything arrived well packaged and ready for use- Wish I could attach a picture of my new Garage! Great technical help as well! Thanks
