Chimney sweep and clean - 36 feet high. Ty was GREAT to work with. Very detailed oriented and asked our preferences when applicable. Touched up the interior pipe with black paint. Very clean!
They have such friendly knowledgeable staff! Everyone was super patient with me through a frustrating situation. They were super quick to get me in on multiple occasions. They were communicative and explained things in an easy to understand way. Gave options on priorities of the multiple things that needed done and did what needed to be done to get me hot water and gave recommendations on timelines for the other things but worked around what could be afforded for the time being to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent work. The technician came promptly, immediately diagnosed the reason why the furnace was not heating, and solved the problem without having to replace any parts, thus at minimal cost. Then he proceeded to check everything else, to prevent additional failures. It was the best furnace repair experience I have ever seen. Great job!
