I'm having a stairway railing replaced. Dave Sharp is a nice soft spoken guy who is there to help. I expect the work to be as good as Ive heard/seen.

Great customer service. I bought an attic stairs (Galaxy II) from the Stairway shop. The first one that was shipped to me was damaged on the shipping box and the stairs itself. Stairway shop worked with me and send the second one. Same thing happened. I worked with Melissa who was so understanding and shipped the third one out. Luckily the third time was a charm.
