I ordered a Rintal mini stair. The shipment came damaged and missing parts. The Stairway Shop is working with me to get my missing pieces. Communicating with them has been positive. I'm hopeful that I will edit this review to five stars soon. Update 2025: Shipment damage was from shipping company (not Stairway Shop). Stairway Shop was able to get me missing parts. Very helpful. I'm having a stairway railing replaced. Dave Sharp is a nice soft spoken guy who is there to help. I expect the work to be as good as Ive heard/seen.
Awesome! Just what we needed. Great quality and price. This is not a beginner level installation so if you rely on instructions, you may need a contractor.
