Some of the best tradespeople that we have come across. The whole process of having our staircase built was super easy and fuss free from quoting to completion. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Do not use these people. They are very expensive and all goes well until you have an issue and then they tell you to go jump. I had an issue with the balusters having large visible holes in them- queried it and was told that there "was nothing they can do." I spent hours polishing all the timber and then they go and ruin it. Worst thing is that I simply ask about it and get told in a smartarse way that "even if it was gold plated- I wouldn't be happy."
