I wasn't able to use the services of this company, but I sure wish I could have. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, forthright and honest. He helped my family and I to find the company that could work with the Stairchair that we have and offered helpful insight when asked. My sister has the type of Stairchair that they service and so far she has 0 Complaints!
You must get your stairlift from this company. Rich was excellent! We recommended to a friend. Rich started and finished with us. Very patient and kind. He went above and beyond expectation. Very nice track. Quiet and simple to use. Not bulky. Works excellent. Thank you!
Purchased a chairlift a few years ago and the batteries went dead already, and we hardly use it except from some packages. I called and spoke to Ed. He told me it’s $450 to replace them. When I asked if he can do a better price I was told no. I picked up two batteries for $50 and did it myself. saved $400……I see you responded to my review. How about this? Your breakdown was $250 labor and $200 for the 2 batteries… that’s FOUR TIMES more than I paid AND they are quality batteries. Don’t worry I won’t respond again, ever.
Not gonna lie I expected delays, but they showed up on time and got everything done smoothly. Everything’s been working perfectly since.
They took their time, didn’t rush anything, and made sure everything was fully working before leaving. You can tell they care about doing it properly.
