Great company and very honest. Although I didn’t go with them, it is because I had already signed the contract and I couldn’t back out without losing my deposit. Other companies aren’t quick to give you a quote even when you give them the specs and pictures. It was nice to talk to the actual technician and not just the sales guy. This company gives you a lot of their time over. Text even post work hours. I wish I didn’t fall for the predatory sales of the other company But I was in a hurry .
This company goes above and beyond! They came to our rescue late tonight when our 5 year old chairlift stopped working due to a dead battery. Our disabled family member would have been stranded and we were in a bind. We are so very grateful to Ed and Rich who showed no hesitation even tho it was well after business hours. This is definitely a customer centered business!
I posted a negative review today naming the wrong company. THE STAIRLIFT STORE from NJ were very polite addressing MY ERROR. They are very nice people. Very sorry.
I wasn't able to use the services of this company, but I sure wish I could have. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, forthright and honest. He helped my family and I to find the company that could work with the Stairchair that we have and offered helpful insight when asked. My sister has the type of Stairchair that they service and so far she has 0 Complaints!
You must get your stairlift from this company. Rich was excellent! We recommended to a friend. Rich started and finished with us. Very patient and kind. He went above and beyond expectation. Very nice track. Quiet and simple to use. Not bulky. Works excellent. Thank you!
