We contacted Marc for a quote on a stairlift, his quick response and detailed quote quickly lead us to go ahead and purchase the stairlift for my elderly parents. The turn around was less then 24 hrs and we had an awesome stairlift installed in their 3 level home. William was so kind and patient explaing the stairlift to my parents in a way they comprehend, after he installed it,(in 2 hours). I would highly recommend them. Great experience and super fast! So happy with the installation of 2 stair lifts for my mom. Mark knew our urgency and got the job done the day after contacting him. (Two separate times ) Installation was quick and clean with William. He was very informative and took the time to demonstrate the stairlift to my mom. Very satisfied:)
