I was very impressed with The Stairlift Store. I called for a quote on a Wednesday, and the stairlift was installed by Friday! Frank was friendly, professional and took the time to give us all the information we needed. The whole process was easy, pricing was transparent and the install was efficient. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend the Stairlift Store. I have bought 2 stairlifts (one straight and one curved) from them for parents and grandparents in the past few years. They installed them neat and patiently to meet our requirements. Even after a while we just needed to adjust the seat and speed, their service was quick as they know we rely on these. Third time the charm. Two seniors needed stairlift. Tried a used one, too noisy. Sent it back. Bought a new Acorn. Company could not fix loud thump when riding over track joint. Sent it back as well. Bought a used Acorn from Mark. Frank installed it this morning. We are so very happy with it. Excellent service. Whisper quiet ride, up and down, no thumps at track joint.
