A lot of positive from the entire staff ! Mark is a wonderful man & 100% trustworthy, he really knows his product . I was so impressed with William who came & measured & discussed the chair lift , never did either gentleman try to push me into purchasing . I didn’t hesitate & William installed my chair . Our chair lift had a technical issue and we needed to get it fixed as soon as possible and Mark came on the same day to fix it . Stair lift store and Mark are not like so many other stair lift companies who are charging for even minor repairs. I am so great full that I found such community oriented people who aim at helping out rather than just minting money for the services. They are trustworthy and will suggest you ways to save money rather than making money out of you.
Mark was extremely helpful getting our Acorn back up and running again. He was professional and courteous, and able to track the issue in a prompt manner. I highly recommend!
