Mark was very responsive to my initial inquiry and visited our home promptly and gave us a quote on a straight stairlift for my mom. There was no pressure and no long presentation, just the facts. He was able to send William to our house within 2 days and had the stairlift installed within a couple of hours. William was very pleasant to deal with and even demonstrated how everything worked.
