Mark and the Stair Lift Store in Hamilton were just superb in getting a stair lift in our house for my wife. I sent a message through the website on Sunday and we had the lift installed by Glen on Monday morning all the way down in Port Dover. I have never experienced such responsive customer service ever. Mark made this so easy and Glen, who has serviced this stuff for a long time, was ultra efficient. My wife was struggling with the stairs, but problem solved inside of a day. What a great business!!

The Stair lift Store installers were so respectful and professional in their service to me. They worked together well, worked quickly and showed me how to operate the lift. They were clear in explaining the warranty and how to receive a service call if needed. This was so important to me as I was trying to deal with the fact that I needed a stair left.
