Stay away from Elvis and his company. Total Scam. Contacted Elvis (the company owner) and paid him $75 to come and give me a quote for stair repair. Paid 50% deposit. The day he is supposed to come to start the job, he never showed up and no communication on why he didn't come to start the job. Requested for a refund on the deposit, no response to phone call, emails or text. He locks customers with a deposit, and he will keep changing the numbers on the invoice to get more money. Contacted Elvis (the company owner) thru his website in reference to providing an estimate to repair my staircase on September 4th, 2025. Sent him $25 thru Venmo as instructed on Sept 4th, 2025, and I never heard back from him. Contacted him several times via phone calls, texts, and email. He finally texted me back on Thursday, Sept 18th and stated that he doesn't work on commercial properties.
