Rubbish attitude with old mate that sits on the RH rear of the office. Went to check colours on natural timber for a previously quoted stair case by them. I had the copy of the quote from my builder and was told if that's your budget you cant afford anything else. Since when does a previous quote mean that's my budget? Business now taken elsewhere. high five buddy!

We engaged The Stair company in a reasonably urgent situation due to the builder contracted for the home renovation being unable to install the balustrade. The Stair Company was able to assist us in very timely manner, prioritising our job due to safety hazards (we had an unprotected void on the first story in a home with young children). Definitely wouldn't recommend. We had our staircase done through the builder and have had nothing but issues. One of our landings was installed with a large gap and when addressed wanted to put a strip in to hide it. Once the QBCC got involved the builder got them to comeback and redo their work and still did a poor job (addressed this directly and was told they won't fix it).
