I've placed orders several times for 5 gallon containers of PPG proluxe stain. The most recent order was damaged in transit. The FedEx tracking alert stated to contact the shipper. I emailed the details of the damaged shipment. My email was answered promptly and I was offered a refund or product replacement. I chose product replacement. The replacement product arrived in good condition. I appreciate the prompt attention I received. Thank you for taking care of my situation!

I have a deck and fence restoration business and order dozens of gallons of stain from this company. They are incredible. Website is easy to navigate, and they always have everything we need in stock at an excellent price. Product ships lightning fast in durable boxes. Not one shipment has ever been incorrect or damaged. I Highly recommend this business.
EDIT: I received a response that my order is ready for pickup so I guess everything is okay. It would be nice if they got things updated but at least it's all good. I can't tell if they are in business anymore. I placed an online order Saturday for pickup. I didn't get an email receipt. The Stain Depot website says they are open today (Monday) but Google says they aren't. The phone number listed on Google is invalid. The one on their website says not to leave a message.
