I have bought quite a bit of stain a number of times but good luck getting a response from them if you aren’t buying on line. Left two simple questions trying to get advice on stripper and stain to redo a log cabin and….crickets!!! Not an email, call or text. Unfortunate because I have been happy with them in the past

I've placed orders several times for 5 gallon containers of PPG proluxe stain. The most recent order was damaged in transit. The FedEx tracking alert stated to contact the shipper. I emailed the details of the damaged shipment. My email was answered promptly and I was offered a refund or product replacement. I chose product replacement. The replacement product arrived in good condition. I appreciate the prompt attention I received. Thank you for taking care of my situation!
