The Staging Company staged an empty home that I had listed . The market has slowed and I was worried this home would sit on the market. The staging company was in and out in a few hours and completely transformed the home! We went under contract in a few weeks and I highly recommend this company if you want fast results!

Pretty good. I'd leave a 3.5 if I could. I have a somewhat middle of the road tier condo listing ($400K) and I employed them for an "essentials" package. They weren't playin when they said "essentials." Was my first time working with them, or any staging co. for that matter...they were easy to work with but didn't really offer much wiggle room on dates or flexibility on modifications....I feel like some time was wasted there. The staging company is wonderful! I had a listing that had been on the market for months before using them. Put it fresh on the market with their beautiful staging & photos and had A LOT of traffic and went under contract in less than 2 weeks. They made the home really stand out! I know if we did not stage, we would still be on the market. It was so easy to pay, as well. The payment came out of the closing costs at closing. They were professional & made it all easy.
