The group energy helps set the pace for 45 minutes, during which our trained instructors encourage you to engage your core and tone your arms, chest, and legs.

Very welcoming and energetic atmosphere. The instructors are so encouraging and there to help you no matter what level of fitness you are at. They do a lot of theme nights and other activities to keep you motivated. I highly recommend both boxing and spin!
Such a good spin studio!! The atmosphere is amazing- great music, motivational instructors, and people around you helping and supporting you in any way you need. The classes go by so quick because they are a blast. Highly recommend The Stables!
