They hire tow trucks to remove cars from the streets of their own residents, but when it snows, they don't hire anyone to clear the snow from the streets—such hypocrisy! Many cars are stuck in driveways, and they don't care. Elderly people are walking home late at night in 10-degree weather because they couldn't get their cars out. Maybe the manager should hire people to clear the snow instead of hiring tow trucks.
The lot rent is way too expensive for the extremely small space you get.
