Im the guy that is usually on the swings with his headphones. The park saves it. I met some really awful and terrible kids here. Only reason i ever gave it any stars cause the swings Lol. Couldn't even go to the park or walk the street without getting called awful things. Not the best place...
Lot rent has gone up $165 in 3 years. Edited because they can't control the neighbors and I was upset about lot rent increasing. Haven't called them yet but will.
