ThIS place needs at shake up. Told my wife she was menopausal. 3 times.. she had a infection that they called menopause symtoms for 3 half years. Had excessive back pain for over 6 months, they messed up referrals then stated they couldn't help then suddenly referred me after I complained. Staff are useless and lacked any compassion. Trying desperately to escape this GP but can't find any others local to me. This is what my tax pays for! Disgusted.
