My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. Tyler was a great masseuse, Lou at the front desk was charming and full of life and the extras, and polar bear pads were amazing.
We went for my husband birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing, great massages, the decoration is amazing, the staff is so kind and the polar bear pass is a good warm up before the massage. Great experience

We stayed on the property and booked a couples massage at the spa, but unfortunately, the experience felt more transactional than relaxing. The atmosphere didn’t lend itself to a calm, spa-like retreat – there were no robes or any time to unwind before the treatment. We had another activity scheduled shortly after our massage, so we called to inquire if it would be possible to adjust our appointment time.
