Cool store in a refurbished building in downtown Saginaw with a boutique like feel. I bought a Trek 820 MTB to replace my vintage hybrid. Helpful low pressure staff. Went for a ride on the rail trail last night and my boyfriend couldn't keep up on his brand new Huffy from Walmart. You get what you pay for baby!! Now you must understand on a 1 to 10 fitness Scale he is at least an 8 and I'm....well let's just say the only difference between me and a potato is I only have two eyes!! I have been buying my bike and ski gear from The Stable my entire life and, again this year, I got a new MTB for myself and got my two sons their first new MTBs. It was such a great experience and the staff is always treating me like family. The Stable 4 Life!
Tom and Christine are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions and get me what I need.
The staff at The Stable is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything related to downhill skiing, mountain biking, and road biking. I have my skis tuned there every year, and the turnaround on any type of service is very quick. They stock a nice selection of skis, ski boots, snowboards, cross country skis, mountain bikes, road bikes, and any accessories related to those sports.
