I have stayed in the apartment for almost 4 years and the service provided by the management is amazing. When I had to reallocate suddenly due to work, the management helped me find a tenant to transfer my lease in short period of time and was very supportive through out the process. Very professional and supportive team!! Also adoptive to changes in tenants demand.

Depuis 10 ans et meme +++ je vis dans cette immeuble de CAPRIET APT. SATISFAIT MAINTENANT AVEC L'ADMINISTRATION CENTRAL DU TADOUSSAC (surtout Mme. Lacrimonia toujours bien reagi a mes demande un ++++ pour administration gnle.
I’ve had a great experience living at my apartment on Saint Norbert in Montreal. The management team is excellent, especially the manager and the assistant manager, Oralia, who are both incredibly professional and friendly. They’re always responsive and make sure residents are well taken care of. The facilities are well-maintained, so clean and everything is kept clean and functional.
