I go back for other testing
Dr. Menatti and team was great to work with, scheduling was easy, and the process was transparent from the start. I came in looking to get assessed for a clearer understanding of myself and to find the best direction for therapy going forward. In the feedback session, I appreciated the focus on the data and the willingness to answer any questions I had. I finally have next steps that I feel confident taking and feel less confused on where to begin improving my mental health.
I just got a phone call from this place (I have absolutely no association with them) when I answered the phone I told the woman that she had the wrong phone number and she very rudely insisted that she didn’t. Then proceeded to aggressively rant about something unrelated to me. When I interrupted and said “ma’am you have the wrong number I do not live in STL” she hung up on me. Maybe try to be a little more professional when you dial the wrong number. If your name is Brittany, stay safe out there girl.
I would recommend this place to anybody. They were very caring and knowledgeable of what we were going through and explained everything so we understood.
Very responsive. I had an intake appointment, testing appointment, and feedback appointment scheduled all in one phone call with no hassle. Staff there were very nice and accommodating to me during my three appointments. My assessment day was straightforward and I was told when to expect my results. Feedback appointment was very informative and educational. Dr. Olsen was very professional and even helped go test by test and explain my assessment to me during the feedback session. Overall, very pleased and grateful 🙂
