I don’t think I’ve ever met a leasing agent less interested in leasing an apartment. I had my appointment for noon but she seemed to not at all be prepared for me. She couldn’t show me the units at the time bc of occupancy but there was no offer to view literally any other unit even in different buildings. She said we could walk the hallways. Then she took about 20 minutes pulling up unit pictures…. Which I thought would be nice and informative but they were horribly taken and looked like mostly move out pics for deposit ret... read more
This apartment is really nice it's Peaceful and quiet my landlord is very reasonable and chill, living next to restaurants and events something I never had In my old apartment. I highly recommend living here.
Really nice apartments by the missions with washers and dryers in all units. No going to the washeteria.
I was told I could put in my 60 day notice by Destiny at the main office and then be put on a payment plan because I've been having allot of financial issues. Only to have her rebuddle and tell me because i am behind they cannot except a 60 day notice. I am frequently given wrong information By anyone other than Charlotte. These people frequently show up without efficient notice, I Have been extorted being told to remove a previous review because of poor maintence or I would not be allowed a late fee forgiveness.
