This club was very well run, and it is very unfortunate that the Reston location is closing. My personal trainer, Beau Morrow, was very knowledgeable and high-quality. Tammy Scott was an exceptional group class teacher. I’ll miss the community there.

While the facility and the staff were nice, how the leadership treated its members and workers was abhorrent. Two years of selling memberships and hiring staff only to abruptly shut down and sell their members to a more expensive club that wasn't going to be open for business for two months after their closing date. Shameful.

Great gym! Very friendly staff and members. It's very clean. I love the energy and the classes. The sauna and chilled, eucalyptus-scented towels for post workout are amazing perks as well.

Terrible customer service with rude staff. Not enough machines, the former Crunch fitness was way better.
