Dont do it. Your pay for ammenties that are never open for the residents. Water backed up every night. Roaches in every building. Small rooms for the price you pay. Why do wait when the pool is supposed to open to supposedly redo it. The hot tub hasnt worked once since i moved in. Even the laundry room isnt open on time for residents to use. Open the pool or drop the rent.

Here is a review of my experience. So the reason I’m leaving a dissatisfied score is because this complex is dishonest. I applied and was approved however I was at the higher end of a deposit. This would be okay except it was based on a lie. I think it’s funny how I had to call for my results of the application 2 days after I was promised I would receive communication.
