I like this place . Instructors are very nice and kind . Workout is shorter but intense and it is great for busy people ! You actualy don't need more than 30min. intense bootcamp training a day. Other people there are very nice and open to comunicate as well. Thank you guys !!!

Hit Squad Boot Camp was exactly what I was looking for. The owners / trainers Jeff and Steph, along with the other members have been amazing. I highly recommend checking them out. Bonus - the classes are intense but only 30 minutes long so fits into my busy schedule.
